How to apply?
Offer intended for Polish citizens.
A professional, i.e., a person performing a freelance profession such as a doctor, dentist, veterinarian, lawyer, legal advisor, notary or physiotherapist may apply for a BIZnest Loan – Professionals. In order to be able to apply for this loan, a professional must prove having performed a freelance profession for at least 24 months preceding the date of submitting the loan application, while in the period of at least 12 months before the date of submitting the application, they had to obtain income in individual activity.

You will need a valid ID to submit the application
In addition, the Revenue and Expenses Ledger for the last 12 months and PIT 36/36L tax return form for the last two years will be necessary
In the case of settlement in the form of a registered income without deductible costs, PIT 28 tax return form for the last 2 years together with confirmation of submission to the Tax Office
