We take into account your funds accumulated in Nest Bank as at the date of placing the deposit (i.e., the sum of funds on all payment accounts held by you in PLN and deposits) and compare them with funds as at March 27, 2026 (increased by the balance of Deposits for New Funds opened after that date). The resulting difference is the amount of new funds that you can place on Nest New Funds Deposit.

Example:

1. Your funds accumulated in Nest Bank as at
   March 27, 2026 are 15,000 PLN

2. The funds accumulated in Nest Bank as at the date of the deposit amount to a total of 25,000 PLN, of which 15,000 PLN is "old funds" and 10,000 PLN is "new funds"

3. You can open any number of deposits for a total of 10,000 PLN
